  • Began his carrier with an apprenticeship as a pastry maker and chef in his native Switzerland.
  • Travel the world and work in many international hotels in the Middle East and on the African Continent.
  • Degree from the hotel management school Belvoir Park in Zürich.
  • In 1984 he was invited to help with the opening of the esteemed 5 star Mandarin Oriental in Macau as Executive Sous chef and later promoted to Executive Chef.
  • Diploma as a Swiss certified master chef and diploma as a Swiss certified dietary chef.
  • Winner of several gold medals with his participation in international culinary exhibitions.
